Refund policy
Original artwork has a 14 day return policy.
Purchases on commissioned artworks are final.
I understand purchasing art is an investment in something special, therefore please do get in contact HERE if you have any questions or need advice on which artwork would look great in your space, I'll be happy to help.
All artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased.
However, if your original or commissioned artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll work with you to assess the situation and determine the best solution, whether that involves repairs, insurance claims, or another appropriate plan.
There is a 30-day return policy for prints only. If you are not happy with your print, just send an email to hello@bridiekeogh.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Before returning, we recommend packaging the print exactly as it was on arrival. This will minimise the likelihood of any damage in transit.
Return shipping fees will be paid by the collector. A refund will be issued as soon as your print arrives at the studio and we confirm it is damage-free. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like original art pieces. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact hellobridiekeogh@pm.me.
