  • United Kingdom: Fulfilment: 5-7 days | Postage: 3-7 days

  • Germany: Fulfilment: 5-7 days | Postage: 3-7 days

  • Europe (EU): Fulfilment: 5-7 days | Postage: 3-7 days

  • North America (USA, CA): Fulfilment: 5-7 days | Courier: 3-7 days

  • Rest of World: Fulfilment: 5-7 days | Courier: 3-7 days

ORIGINALS

Due to the fragile nature of the original paintings - each piece is hand delivered to the recipient, using a specialist art courier company. Destinations outside of Ireland will need a custom crate built to protect the artwork on the journey.

Delivery times vary depending on destination.

I will oversee the entire process, however the client will be responsible for the cost of delivery, which will be invoiced separately.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

If a refund is requested due to a significant delay, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Please note that standard postage delays or customs hold-ups do not qualify for a refund. What constitutes a significant delay is determined at our discretion. In such cases, we may require the return of the artwork for proper disposal. The cost of return shipping will be covered by us, and refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received.
